Contact (Interface)

A Contact represents a customer or prospect in the system. Contacts are connected to Assignees via a ContactAssignment.

ENTITIES IMPLEMENTING INTERFACE

• Account represents a group of Persons working together, usually at the same company. Used to manage relationships with other businesses.

• Household represents a group or Persons living at the same address.

• Person represents a human being with whom the user has a business relationship.
